Asphalt Zipper machines are the quick and easy way to improve gravel roads and are far superior to merely blading. Asphalt Zipper machines pulverize and blend the existing road materials into a uniform mixture of aggregate and soil. You can easily do up to 2 miles or more per day. This “fluffing up” of the road also makes it easier to reshape the road and solve any slope or drainage issues.

You can also easily incorporate a wide range of stabilizing additives. Asphalt Zipper machines are ideal for blending additional road base or aggregate, dry additives such as Portland cement or lime, as well as any liquid stabilizers. Liquid stablizers can also be easily injected through the optional AccuFlow™ Metered Liquid Injection System.
