Asphalt Zipper, Inc. Service and Support
Our Customer Service Center is located in Pleasant Grove, UT. Our hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST. We are happy to accept orders by telephone at 1-888-ZIPPER-0 (1-888-947-7370), by fax at 801-785-0892 or by e-mail at service@asphaltzipper.com.
If you have established an account with us we can invoice you for the amount of your order, shipping and taxes. If you do not have a valid account we are happy to accept Visa, and MasterCard or can ship parts COD for a minimum fee. For parts that are in inventory, an order that is received by 12:00 p.m. will ship the same day.
Please have the model number and serial number of your Asphalt Zipper® machine available when placing an order. On some of our older Asphalt Zipper® machines, part numbers may have been changed or older parts may be superseded, in which case we will help you find an alternate part with the use of your machine serial number.
Many questions we get concern bit wear. The newer owners manual has an excellent section that discusses bit wear and change out procedures. If, after you review this information, you still have questions, please call us and we'll be glad to assist you. Asphalt Zipper, Inc. is pleased to be able to stock and sell 3 different bit types. Information concerning these types of bits and the best application for each is located here.
At Asphalt Zipper, Inc. we hope you will never experience an issue that requires warranty support but, if you do, we look forward to exceeding your expectations for that support. The detailed warranty terms for your Asphalt Zipper® machine are located in the Owner's Manual. Please familiarize yourself with these terms and conditions, especially those sections that concern shipping cost. Even if your Asphalt Zipper® machine is out of warranty and it experiences a problem, call us and we will have the parts available that will be able to get you back into operation quickly.
At this time our web site does not support ordering online from the catalog. The back section of your Owner's Manual has a nearly complete parts listing. Our customer support technicians have the tools and expertise necessary to find the right parts for your needs.
